PROCESSING TIMES

Items In Stock

  • Please check individual listing for item availability
  • Your order for will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after your transaction has been processed.

Made to Order/Customised Items  

  • Made-to-order artwork lead time differs per design/size, please check individual listing for item lead time.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 1 business day of completion of your made to order item.
  • Orders received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • An email will be sent with a tracking number when your order is on its way. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk mail folder, otherwise please email us at admin@yknotinteriors.com and we will send another copy to you.

 

DELIVERY

Australia

We ship Australia wide.

  • Australian orders are sent via various methods depending on the size of your order and your location. Our courier partners include Aramex (formerly Fastway), Australia Post, Couriers Please and other freight partners. 
  • All orders will be Authority to Leave in a safe location, if there is no safe location a calling card may be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the local agent. If you do not wish to have Authority to Leave, you will need to place a note in the Notes Section of your order when checking out.  
  • Bulky/heavy orders and remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. If this applies to your order you will be notified by email with an invoice for any difference after checkout, or feel free to contact us prior with your shipping address for a quotation. Shipping will not occur until payment for the excess freight charges has been received in full
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • Delivery for this service generally takes between 2 to 10 business days
  • Delivery delays may occur around public holidays

 Australian Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping for Australian orders with the exception of remote locations within Australia.
  • Remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order, or feel free to contact us prior to purchase with your shipping address for a quotation.

 INTERNATIONAL

We ship Worldwide

  • International orders are sent via Australia Post, DHL, FedEx or at our discretion with partner postal services around the world and delivery times can vary anywhere up to 4 weeks.
  • Shipping time depends on your location
  • Standard Courier transit time is 4-15 business days depending on location
  • Delivery delays may occur around public holidays

.International Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping to New Zealand and the United States
  • Shipping charges for all other international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and location
  • If you require a shipping quote prior to purchase, please email admin@yknotinteriors.com with your order requirements and we will provide you with a shipping quote. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars
  • If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please contact me using the 'Contact Us' form or by emailing admin@yknotinteriors.com   
  • Y Knot Interiors is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs and taxes etc applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

 

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

  • If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame for delivery, please check your shipping information and submit an enquiry directly with the courier delivering your order – this will escalate the enquiry and in most cases delivery will occur within 1-2 days.
  • Sometimes due to the high volume of parcels being shipped worldwide, delays do happen. Once you have submitted an enquiry and if you still have not received your parcel, please contact us at admin@yknotinteriors.com

 

UNCLAIMED/RETURN PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to Y Knot Interiors because the buyer has provided an incorrect address, has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt or refused to pay custom duties, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs and customs duty/tax (if applicable) before the item can be resent.
