GIFT WRAPPING

We offer gift wrapping and you are able to add any personal message for the lucky recipient receiving your gift. All items are packaged with the greatest love and care.

SHIPPING

We ship our art work Worldwide.

Y Knot Interiors processes orders within 2-3 business days.

Please note—this does not include production times.  Made-to-order artwork lead time differs per design/size, please check individual listing for item availability/lead time.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

An email will be sent with a tracking number when your order is on its way.

We offer Free Shipping for Australian orders

Domestic delivery estimates:

Standard Courier transit time 3-6 business days depending on location.

INTERNATIONAL

We offer Free Shipping for New Zealand and United States orders

Shipping charges for all other international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and location.

Y Knot Interiors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURNS

Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shop policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to the handmade and artisan one of a kind nature of the work, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Your satisfaction with your order and experience is very important to us, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will try to find a suitable solution.

Defects and Lost Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item an exchange or refund is possible. Please contact me immediately with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please make sure you check your shipping details, correct address and name before completing your purchase. You will be issued with a tracking number via email after purchase. Y Knot Interiors does not take responsibility for lost items once they have left the art space.

Colour Variation

Colour variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange.

Slight colour variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, Y Knot Interiors will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.

Great care is taken to accurately describe the design and every effort possible is made to display every product as clearly and accurately as possible. All of our products are individually handmade and may vary slightly to the photo. These are not faults and are part of the character of the item.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to me because the buyer has provided an incorrect address, has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt or refused to pay custom duties, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs and customs duty/tax (if applicable) before the item can be shipped again

CARING FOR YOUR ART WORK

After receiving your artwork it's best to unpack as soon as possible. 

Once you have unpacked your artwork, you may find that it's slightly wrinkled due to transport. Installing/hanging your piece in it’s new place as soon as possible will allow gravity to do its work and bring the tapestry back to its original shape.

After hanging your art, carefully comb any fringes with your hand or a comb

To keep your artwork in its best condition, please avoid moisture to clean as this may damage the fibres and may result in shrinkage. Do not use a damp cloth or steam cleaner, instead use a soft feather duster to remove any dust build-up.

CUSTOMISATION

Design and create a custom artwork completely from scratch, tailored to your space and specific vision. Working together we will create the perfect unique art piece for your project or interior, by customising design, colour, size, and materials.
